The Sbarcatello is a marvellous propriety that can accommodate up to 18 guests. The garden is fresh and shady thanks to the beautiful old pines, it is equipped with tables, chairs and deckchairs to ensure the guest total relax while admiring the marvellous landscape.
The interiors are comfortable and spacious, the living room is divided in different areas: the fireplace corner with sofas, the TV corner, the small table football, a library area and located on the mezzanine the dining room.
From the living room you can get directly to the panoramic garden that has unique colors and views.
The kitchen is spacious and full of light, fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, two fridges, a microwave and any other facility needed to cook.
On the ground floor of the property there are three double bedrooms, three twin bed bedrooms, a maids room and four bathrooms.
On the upper floor there are three more master rooms with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms.
All the master bedrooms have beautiful panoramic balcony with a marvellous sea view.
Upon request the Villa can offer and arrange staff services.
In the garden there is a BBQ, a ping-pong table and a parking space for 6 cars.
The rental of the villa allows the use of the private beach of the Sbarcatello with shadowed and bungalows where guests can enjoy nice and relaxing pic-nics.
Around the Sbarcatello you can also enjoy the beautiful surroundings: you can go to Porto Santo Stefano or Porto Ercole, typical small fishermen villages, with glamours lifestyle, bars and restaurants. Maremmas inland offers great excursions: you can visit the ancients villages of Magliano in Toscana or Scansano and have a wine taste experience; alternatively, you can visit Capalbio with its particular Giardino dei Tarocchi and Niki de Saint Phall incredible artistic production or, if you prefer, the Etruscan necropolis of Tarquinia.
Last but not least you can enjoy great sensorial experiences at the Terme di Vulci with its magnificent thermal pools or the charming Terme di Saturnia.
